Inside our home kitchen

Kay's Kitchen began the way most great food does — at a small home table where the recipes were old, the portions were generous, and every guest left full and happy.

Word travelled. Friends asked for tiffins, then office teams, then catering for Eid and birthdays. Today we run a hygienic Mumbai cloud kitchen that still cooks the way our family does: slow-dum biryanis, kebabs hand-shaped each morning, daily fresh dals and curries.

We're family-led, taste-first, and quietly ambitious — building a homemade food brand that may one day grow into multiple outlets, frozen products and a café.
